It's Halloween weekend so naturally there are going to be a lot of spooky and fun festivities going throughout the Capital Region. However, if Zombie movies are your thing and you have already exhausted all the Zombie films streaming on Netflix and Hulu gearing up for Halloween The Madison in Albany is showing a few this weekend on the big screen!

All weekend long The Madison Theatre in Albany is hosting "The Zombies Are Coming 2: The Return of the Festival" where according to All Over Albany they will be showing Romero's Dawn of the Dead (1978), Zombie (1979), Train to Busan (2016), [REC] (2007), The Girl With All the Gifts (2016), I Walked with a Zombie (1943), and the premiere of the local film Dead Burger. All films will be shown at multiple different times through Sunday night!

Friday, October 27
6-6:30 pm: Public Lecture by Dr. Mikel Koven, Worcester University, UK
6:30-9:30 pm: Enhanced Screening: Dawn of the Dead (Romero, 1978, USA)
9:30 PM-12 am: Opening Night Community Halloween Party, featuring live music, a costume contest, an FX makeup table, a photo booth, and local food and drink vendors. As part of a food drive to benefit the Albany food pantry, tickets for Friday, 10/27, are half price with a nonperishable food item.

Saturday, October 28
1-2:30 pm: Enhanced Screening: I Walked With a Zombie (Tourneur, 1943, USA)
6-8:45 pm: Enhanced Screening: Busanhaeng/Train to Busan (Peon, 2016, South Korea)
9 pm: World Premiere: Dead Burger (Rock, 2017, Albany, NY, USA)

Sunday, October 29
