‘The Merc’ Opens in Downtown Saratoga Serving All Day Breakfast and Cocktails

The Mercantile Kitchen & Bar is now open in Downtown Saratoga where you can have breakfast for dinner and choose from a selection of great drinks including cocktails, beer, and wine.

If you have been searching for a spot in Saratoga where you can grab both traditional and non traditional breakfast dishes outside of normal breakfast hours that has a full bar with you can order some tasty drinks well, you are in luck because 'The Merc' has arrived.

After a soft opening on Friday The Mercantile Kitchen & Bar, affectionately called 'The Merc', has opened at 430 Broadway in Downtown Saratoga (in Cantina's former location). While not open 24 hours The Merc describes itself as a Long Island style Diner that will be open from 9am to 9pm (10pm on Fridays and Saturdays) so you get get your breakfast fix (almost) any time of day . According to Saratoga Living they will be serving

Authentic diner classics, such as biscuits and gravy, with thick sausage patties and delicious sage gravy (and two fried eggs on top); corned beef hash with roasted seasoned potatoes (also served with two eggs); pancake stacks doused (or neatly drizzled) in maple syrup; and, less traditional, No Huevos Rancheros, a vegan veggie scramble of black beans, quinoa, spinach and soy chorizo.
