According to one Oxford researcher, waking up and going to work before 10 am is torture.

I'm definitely not going to disagree. In one recent article [Healthy Food House], there's a discussion about Dr. Paul Kelley's views on sleep and work patterns as a leading researcher at Oxford University.

I'm going to start off by saying, frankly I don't care if this is fake news, real news, or scientifically legit.  I'm personally backing the idea that going to work before 10 am is torture.  But according to the article, Dr. Kelley talks more about how the routine of waking up to an alarm and going to work before 10 am is a common form of torture, and the effect on the circadian rhythms of the body, and the bodies natural sleep-wake cycle.  Now, as a nurse also, I do understand that piece and how circadian rhythms work.  But as a working human, I also am just happy I found something out there on the internet to support my beliefs!
