More Cheap Flights South From Albany Airport

Another economy airline that flies out of Albany Airport has announced that they have added a new southern route and the flights are really cheap. There is healthy competition at Albany International Airport with a few low cost airlines. One of those airlines just announced a new route that takes you south.

According to CBS 6, Allegiant airlines will offer non-stop flights from Albany to Savannah, Georgia. Savannah offers beautiful beaches and it is close to Hilton Head which is home to some of the most famous golf courses.

The Allegiant flights to Savannah will leave from Albany starting June 6th. They will fly out twice a week and the cost is really low. Flights start at just $49 each way. To check out the days, times and prices, click HERE.

Allegiant Airlines already flies from Albany to Tampa, Orlando and Ft. Meyers, Florida, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and now Savannah, Georgia starting in June.
