Buffalo Bills Cheerleaders Sue Team Over Pay
It's not as glamorous as you think. The work of an NFL cheerleader is tireless, and a lot of it is unpaid. The "Buffalo Jills" are suing the Buffalo Bills for unfair pay, and being subjected to the jiggle test. Yes, the jiggle test.
The cheerleaders are not paid for games, practice, or public appearances. Plus, they have to pay for their own uniforms.
One girl said that she had to take a "jiggle test" so her boss could see how firm she was.
They hope that this will bring attention to the treatment of future cheerleaders, and that the Bills will change their policy.
Should they be paid more money? Is the jiggle test even legal?
