The Albany Capital Center may be only a few years old, but it's already getting some more major renovations.

By major renovations, I mean 500 thousand dollars worth.  According to the Times Union, the Albany Capital Center is doing so well with business that they need more space.  Because of increasing business, renovations are going to be done in currently empty spaces to create more office space.  Also, more storage space is needed, which will also be a part of the renovations.

The positive of the renovations going on in already empty spaces in the building is that it looks like upcoming events won't be disrupted (a good thing, because I'm looking forward to the Empire State Comic Con).  You can read more about the project here.
