Meet the lovable and adorable Georgia! She is part of the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society's Safe Haven Program. The program allows women who have been a victim of domestic violence to kennel their animals at the MHHS until they find a new place to live that allows pets. Unfortunately, Georgia's mom wasn't able to find a place she could take her with her so now she is available for adoption. Let me tell you why you should adopt her:

1- Kittens and puppies are cute and fun and rambunctious, but they are also a lot of work and tend to cause a lot of trouble and damage! Georgia is 2 years old so she is past all that craziness and just wants to be loved and snuggled which is why most people get cats to begin with.

2- She is 2! That means she is litter trained already and won't leave you smelly presents all over the floor.

3- Look at that face! What a gorgeous girl she is and just about the sweetest cat we have had in for Fursday!

If you are interested in adopting Georgia, I've put the information below as well as the information about the MHHS Safe Haven program.

*Thank you to Mike Buckley for bringing Georgia in. We had some technical issues so the video we made couldn't be used.*
