It sounds like the title of a 1990s movie:  Four bartenders and a manager.

Well, actually more like four bartenders and managers are getting together to create a new spot in downtown Albany.  The experienced service staff are coming together to open a new restaurant, according to the Times Union.  Dean Bilpuh Jr., Raymond Hatlee, Scott Pugsley and Evan Shults are going to be joining forces to open 'The Bishop' at 90 N. Pearl Street.

The restaurant is possibly opening in March or April, it's not really clear according to the Times Union.  It also seems like it's going to be a heartier place- think bourbon and beef.  I feel like a lot of restaurants and bars closed down over the past year, so it's great to see new development!
