Memorial Day weekend is just a few days away. There is plenty to do in the Capital Region all weekend long.

    If you want to get in on this one, you're going to have to start your weekend off bright and early. According to the Arboretum website, you'll have the opportunity to see 40 avian species during the three-hour walk.

    Hudson River Cruise

    May 27, 1pm-2:30pm

    An hour and a half cruise from Albany, down to Van Weis Point and back. The cruise is narrated. Boarding begins at 12:30pm. Get there early, because the boat is leaving at 1pm.

    If you're up near Ballston Spa or Saratoga check out the Ballston Spa Memorial Day Parade this Saturday. Stay after the parade ends for Memorial Day related ceremonies from the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
